Can I book without the app?
Yes. Book flights, travel eSIMs and gift cards right here on the website, with no sign-up. At checkout you get an account number made just for your order. Pay by bank transfer, and your ticket, eSIM or gift card code is sent to your email as soon as the payment lands.
What can I pay for with JetPayys?
Airtime and data on MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile; prepaid and postpaid electricity; gift cards; travel eSIMs; and local and international flights.
How do I add money to the app?
Transfer to the account number shown in the app, pay with a debit card, or use USSD. Any fees are shown before you pay.
Who can I send money to?
Anyone with a JetPayys account. Find them by email, account ID or phone number. JetPayys doesn't send money to other banks or wallets.
Can I take money out?
Yes. You can withdraw to one bank account in your own name. We check the account name against your verified details before your first withdrawal.
Is JetPayys a bank?
No. JetPayys is a payments app for bills, travel and gift cards.
What are account tiers?
Your tier sets your daily limit and maximum balance. Tier 1 needs your basic details. Tier 2 adds your BVN or NIN and a selfie. Tier 3 adds a government ID and proof of address. You can see your limits under Profile → Account limits.
